Spirit is right. I had pretty bad skin just this past spring and of course changing your diet helps, but what helps the most is cleansing. I have done three flushes this summer so far and it has helped my skin tremendously. I still have some to go because I won't stop until there are no more. Good luck to you. I know it must suck to have to deal with bad skin. Might I also suggest you go to the Andreas forum and search the archives for Acne and see what comes up. I follow his advice and it has helped me.
