Hi, isn't that why you have to use a vitamine B complex also with the B5.

My daughter did lose her hair from birthcontrol pil, she was on it because of her Acne and that is why she stopt.

Now she is on B5 for some months but she went on holliday for tree weeks and forgat het B5,her skin was looking good and she did try to stop with B5 but after a few weeks she get a breakout over her back and face, very small one's.

Now she is taking it again 4 times 20 mg, that's 8 grams a day for over a week but sofar no results, must I higher the dosis??
