I take tablets with distilled water 3 times a day. The brand name is Swanson. I found it on the internet. When my face is dirty I use a cotton swab with Tea Tree Oil to clean and kill bacteria and fungus. Mostly I just take B5 and rinse my face in the shower. Did you know that soap is very bad for the skin? I persnonally use Dove.
