Hi J, I have posted my plea on the liver forum: In the past couple years I have done 3 colon cleanses, 1 week of colemas, Lemonade Diet (1 tiny strand of waste materialized on day 11), and 3-4 Liver Cleanses (Dr Clark's) followed by the book, and NOTHING has been purged from my system thus far. I have spent $100's of dollars on this, not to mention time and broken expectations. Any theories? I too am trying to clear my skin that has been problematic since I was 10!
