Y'know it's funny- I get made fun of all the time because I always scrunch up my forehead as if i'm in deep thought or squinting from the sun. Everyone tells me I am going to those wrinkles in my forehead when I'm older! :-)

I do try really hard not to rub it or touch it- but it's so itchy sometimes it's almost impossible!

Not leaning my head on the pillow at night is a great suggestion- it does get much worse whenever it gets greasy or I get sweaty.
