I am of Northern European descent (predominantly) and have/had a mild case of Rosacea. I have been on the modern Western diet for years and then went to a low-carb diet for over 1 year. No change in my Rosacea (although I did lose a lot of weight). What seems to be curing my Rosacea (and acne) has been the 2 Liver Flushes I just did over the past two weeks to fix my gallstone problem. I didn't expect this side benefit... but hey, I'm not complaining.
