Ack, I know JUST how you feel. I made a post on body Acne a week or so ago, but no one replied to it. I get it on my face, back and chest.... not my arms though. My best friend gets it TERRIBLY on his arms/legs/everywhere, though, and he says the best thing that works for his arms at least, is Lava Soap. It washes away the dead skin cells, smooths out the Acne and assists whatever Acne medication you are using. It probably wouldn't take the acne away, but like I said, it could assist your current treatment. For severe acne everywehre, the best thing to do is see a doctor.... over-the-counter methods I have found to not work so well with body acne.
