Hi! My Acne is 110% all hormonal. I break out terribly one week before and one week after my period. I have tried contraceptives to control my hormones (thus controlling acne) which has not helped. I have tried every over the counter remedy and nothing seems to prevent the Acne from appearing.

I read the other day on another forum that Yerba Mate (an herbal remedy tea) had helped clear this woman's Acne due to PMS. Has anyone tried this tea? Does it work?
