Hello Mike. Acne has everything to do with diet, I have personal experience. You don't need pricey lotions, Antibiotics , etc. Try this for a month: Drink a gallon of water a day, stay away from cheese and other grease producing food (maybe doe some of your own research), eat as organically as possible and avoid sweets at any cost (cookies, ice cream, chips, chocolate etc). Sun does help because it dries it out, but you know what "doctors" say about sun damage. I am not a doctor by any means, but am advising you through personal experience. It won't hurt you to give it a try, and it's cheap:) Happy clearing.
