I have been doing all the cleansing since Nov of 2002. First of all before any liver cleanse I had to get my bowels moving. I had been going once a week for years. So, all of this time with the help of alot more water, and Bentonite and psyllium I am going twice a day. I want to do three a day. So before I can do a liver cleanse I think I need to get 3 bm per day. I think thats what I read. For the liver cleanse I am going to follow the Dr. Schulze protocol which I like better than any other I have read. Now, I did a temporary taste test (smile)with olive oil and grapefruit, and another with olive oil and classic coke. The oo and coke seemed to go down a little easier until it started congeling (sp?)and then my gag reflex kicked in big time. I stopped right there. (smile)I know there really is not an easy way to do a Liver Flush and of all things I have a gag reflex that won't quit...I can't even watch the t.v. show "Fear Factor" when they eat all of that disgusting raw animal parts and bugs. I mean I want to throw up just looking at them on t.v. I guess it is mind over matter. I do know that if I can go 20 days without eating, or drinking diet coke and coffee and permanently quit the drinking of coffee and diet cola then I can surely do a liver cleanse. Now, I just have to get my mind ready! Soon...Soon...
