I've just started the Atkins diet and so have had to give up coffee, wheat products etc. Now that you have said this, I'm going to try and avoid coffee altogether once I start eating properly again. It will be hard. Have been drinking it since I was about 4! But definitely worth it if it works. Do you have any reaction to perfume at all? I get really bad outbreaks if I use certain shampoos and body lotions.
