It may sound girlie - but no one has to know what you do in the privacy of your own home - but why don't you try Queen Helene's Mint Julip Face Mask? I found out about it through this forum, and it really does help dry up pimples. You mentioned that you're from England, so I'm not sure if you can get it there, but try anything with Bentonite Clay (but be prepared for the fact that things may actually get a little worse before they get better, as using any sort of mask, tends to draw out all the impurities in your skin ie. in the form of spots). Also, try adding freshly squeezed lemon juice to your water (preferably water that's been boiled, then cooled slightly) - have one cup first thing in the morning, and then last thing at night, and drink as much plain water as you like in between. Also,if you're using a moisturiser - add a few drops of tea tree oil. I found all these tips through this forum, and they truly have helped me. Good luck!!
