I've never had a facial, aren't they for girls?!

I think that my problem is related to the fact that if I ever feel even a tiny little bump under my skin, I pick at it in the hope it will stop it becoming a spot, but all I am really doing is making it a whole lot worse as it bleeds or weeps etc. etc. and then looks a thousand times worse!!! :(

Must stop doing that!
