I absolutely agree with Ocean. I've had problems with Acne and mild rosacia. I've been getting facials and putting a lot of stuff on my face, peels and all that. And although it got a little better, I wasn't really happy with it. I'm now on my 8th day of the mc. And my skin is glowing, no pimples, blackheads, nothing!!! It's not even oily around the T-zone area. It is true you should take all the junk out of your system first before you do anything else. Well, good luck to everyone. I just wanted to share my experience =)
