Tell me about it! I have been through that and much more- no one thing worked for me. First and foremost, it meant cleaning up the inside, second- change in eating habits and third -use of hydrated Bentonite clay on my face insead of soap and also s a face mask. Now I have a clear skin that gets compliments every other day literally!

Recommend the same to everyone. Liver Flush is a good place to start I think. But then each one is different..
