i was having terrible Acne for a while. the only useful thing a dermatologist did for me was to draw a picture
and explain how the pores become plugged from the surface. i've been using something called Hibitane (in Canada). you
can buy it over the counter. it's chemical, not natural, but i noticed AS SOON as i started to use it that
my skin felt open, like it was breathing properly. That combined with a lot of cleansing has helped. You
probably wouldn't want to use it long-term, but to get your pores open, it seems to work very well.
