Wow, good for you and thank you for sharing that with us! I totally believe in the mind-body connection and reading your story has convinced me to do some more reading and go to see my friend, who happens to be a hypnotherapist. If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take and how many sessions did you go to? Not that I think it will be the same for me, but I'd like to have an idea. Also, are you still going to these sessions?
