Boy! Ten years is a long time to use a prescribed medication. I guess the Acne did not get eliminated because the inside wasnever clean- i think its a great idea for you to do internal cleanses- then you should stop using retin-a. it can't be healthy to use anything for so long, can it? I sure hope the cleanses work well for you. they seem to have worked very well for me. I have discovered that my body reacts to sugars, milk and products.if i eat only good freash vegetables and fruitts, I don't seem to get anything new and the old ones seems to go off.
I am using retin-a only to remove what the internal cleanses did not - the outside!!
