thanks for writing in. But teh thing is that notihng else wa able to remove the toxins under my skin- eveything helped internally to the extent of no new Acne but nothing was able to remove the stuff left under my skin....plan to discontinue us after a few days and check......yes I have to stay away from the sun - but this person who has had first hand experience says he does not ahve to bother about anything anymore except his diet- he has been off retin a for four months now.

just being optimistic. but I fully appreciate your views too. Will strike a balance soon without getting addicted to it.
