I can tell you what I was advised by the vast majority....to begin with a Master cleanse (you'll find the info when you follow this link above)for atleast ten days. A lot of people have also noticed a big difference after liver flush.....I guess the whole inside has to be cleasnsed but these are the two that I did- and they really worked very well for me. To say the least, I was suicidal last month when I chanced upon this forum.
