i agree!

i used to experience this sort of Acne and for some reason my skin has now cleared up. I went on Yasmin for three months and that helped massively!! then i decided to come off it and changed my diet to one of complex carbs, veg, sea vegetables, fruit with supplements of flaxseed oil and plenty of fluids. This seems to have worked for me which is great, might be worth trying.
