I got the best coconut oil I could find at Wholefoods, but it says "Keep refrigerated after opening' on the jar. But I want to use it for my hair, my face, and for swallowing. Is it okay if I ignore the label and just leave it out in the kitchen anyway? We get through a jar fairly rapidly.
