I use the one with the loop and bristles all around that you mention. Works well for me.

I've been brushing only for a few weeks and have just noticed a rather remarkable difference in skin tone. My tummy is a bit baggy from two children and there is a noticeable difference in just a few weeks. Also, my husband noted that I feel more tone all over.
It feels great, makes my skin feel amazing, tones, and is practically free cleansing - love this.
