Keep in mind im in my 20's w/ occasional acne, but an oily t zone

right now my skin is looking horrible and hasnt ever looked this bad, red, acne, dry, bumpy. Which Im sure is due to my change in diet, and bowel cleanse. Plus stress (this is my last months in college) and the horrible cold chicago weather doesnt help either.
