Coconut oil is very sensitive to temperature changes. It does become liquid or very soft at room temperature. I don't refrigerate mine.
I learned a lot about coconut oil right here on Curezone. I followed links posted by others and did a lot of web research on my own. I also practiced a lot of trial and error methods for external use of the oil. I'm still very much in the learning process. Mercola.com has some interesting articles about coconut oil in the newsletter achieves, although some of them are thinly disguised advertisements.
