It is most helpful to bathe after dry skin brushing.
I've been doing this for several weeks and have noticed
a big difference in the color and tone of my skin.

Make sure that you don't dry skin brush over carpet
because the dead skin (which contains microorganisms)
will feed the mites in the carpet.
