I have cellulite on my thighs, up at the top under the buttocks, along the hamstrings and on the side, below the hip bone (abductor region, I believe it's called). It's much more noticable on the left thigh than the right. I'm 30 years old, people call me petite and small (5'2", 112-115#), I have a medium frame, have never been overweight, eat healthily and am quite active (I do weight training 3x/week and I walk 6 miles 4 nights a week). But the cellulite on my thighs truly repulses me. You'd swear I'm a couch potato. I've read posts by people who've reduced the dimples by skin brushing, in as little time as a month, but I see no difference at all (began doing it August 1st). I also occasinally massage my legs with a blend of sesame oil and atlas cedarwood essential oil (I've read that it's good for detoxing the skin in dimpled areas).
I need help ~ my husband and I are going to the beach in 3 weeks (he says he doesn't notice it, but I do and it bugs me to no end!)
Beach vacation aside, I'm very self-conscious because of this problem and want to get rid of it. Any advice?
