I have read that both wet and dry brushing are beneficial. What are the health/beauty differences to both? I would prefer wet brushing as the dry brush feels kind of creepy on my skin (especially the front of my thighs). I don't get this creepy feeling when I wet brush though. Can I wet brush with similar benefits or is there a significan improvement in dry brushing over wet? Thanks, -Ellen
