I have a dry skin brush for the face that I got at Whole Foods. It's a small circular brush with soft natural bristles. I haven't used it consistently enough to say whether it acconplishes anything, though. I think I may try it for a couple of weeks and see if it does anything. I'm not sure if there is a better way to do it, though. I think I read somewhere that you should brush in a circular motion, but maybe someone else has more knowledge on that aspect of it.
