After I had my baby I have a LOT of skin (some fat too) hanging around my lower belly. I have been skin brushing not very regularly and it is already tightening up some! It has only been about a week and a half, but I am very impressed. I have lots of stretch marks on my belly, and the texture of them is much smoother as well. I would DEFINETLY say give this two to three months of consistent every day skin brushing before you spend all that money on a tummy tuck. I've also started using some ozonated olive oil that my sister bought me for Christmas from www.aloeessence.com, it makes the skin more elastic (and is fading the stretch marks--yay!) and where it will go back easier too. Be sure and drink plenty of water, that helps as well I'm told. If not, well it's good for lots of other things. ;) I brush extra on my belly and my thighs as they need the most attention in shrinking, a little more concentration on your problem areas is a good idea. I scrub up & down, then across, then go in circles. It really stimulates well that way I feel.
I have been cleansing, and everything and not concentrated on the skin brushing real well yet, but will be next week and I will be concentrating on getting down to a healthy weight. So I will give you more results as I go. :) Hope that helps a bit and congratulations on the loss. :) Caitlin Lorraine
