This could be way off base, but if you are breaking up fat with the skin brushing, you could be releasing more estrogen, since I think fat cells have a higher content of estrogen. Estrogen dominance can make periods much heavier. Your situation is interesting. I am not a skin brusher, but I may need to start with your results. Thanks.
