there ar eposts here that answer tha tspecifically... i woudl suggest int the top right corner wher eit says search.. enter skin brushign adn then look for techniques/ cure zone.
my typing is poor and i think you willget a beeter understand ign in a well written way by doign tat .. it basciallis a veyr simple technique. 8)
yes drink palneyt of water to help flushout releaeasd etoxins.. and also might do soem releash on teh lymph forum too 8) and hot/cold therphy to help get alltaht flushign out well
esp up grade showers so that wah tis release dthru skin also gets washe daway 8)
