Depending on where you keep it, it might go liquid on its own, GucciC - it will definitely go liquid when exposed to your body temp! I would scoop out enough for your scalp treament and put it in a separate bowl (use a spoon and not your fingers just so you don't contaminate the rest if you want to take some internally) and then scoop little dabs out of that bowl with your fingers - it won't be solid long!

Now that I think of it, the oil I get from my health food store in the summer is always solid (they have air conditioning) but when I get it home it's liquid in about an hour! I never thought about it before ;)
