wow thx for the new forum, that was quick!

ok i've been reading alot about skin brushing and it sounds like it's worth trying. but of all the websites i've read, they all tell you to brush in different directions, some say only use circular strokes, some say just one direction, some say to start at the feet, some say other places. there's so many inconsistencies. if anyone has tried this and knows what works i'd love to hear. also it says its a good way to get rid of cellulite, is this true?
