I am readaing this topic with great inetrest as I have been on P&B for over two weeks (3x pd) and haven't had mucoid either (just bm's which look a little different)

I guess I wanted to make sure no "harm" can be done by increasing the B. I will try adding 2 T per shake from now on.

I was planning on taking them a month, and doubt I can take more than 3 because I hate them!!! (have to hold my nose an guzzle)
