I can't believe I made it this far! I broke down and bought empty capsules at the health food store to stuff the pepper in. I highly recommend this! They are pretty cheap, I think I paid 2.49 for 250 of them. The only thing I am having a problem with is the maple syrup. I'm getting to the gag point! It's not bad going down, it's the aftertaste. YUCK! I have been guzzling water afterwards. I think I will be able to make it the whole 10 days, hopefully more. I have lost 11 pounds and believe me, it is not all water! lol I just hope it is fat and not my organs disinigrating!
