Hi there -

I have a bout of candida and have been on anti-fungals and adhering to an anti-c diet for 3 weeks. I have been quite constipated and decided to do a bit of a bowel cleanse. I had 2 BP shakes yesterday, and was awake for some of the night with a bit of an unsettled tummy and nausea. I had one BM this morn, but my stomach still feels quite tender and i am still nauseous. Is this normal? how many should i do per day? i was thinking i would start just with the one, and build up slowly to three.
