Thanks for this info!! The test I am doing was recommended by Master's Miracle. They say to test both your saliva and urine ph first thing each morning. Keep track of that over a seven day period and then divide by 7 to get your weekly ph levels. They say you should keep your ph at 7.0.

This biomedx site says the waking urine and saliva should be 6.4. Mine is averaging 6.2 thus far. So I guess I am not as bad off as I thought. I was trying to raise it to 7.0.

So now I am confused! Which one to follow........?
