If you are having trouble with gall bladder or liver do it first. If not, start with bowel cleansing. After a few liver flushes, and a bowel cleanse, then you can do a parasite cleanse.

Most people here use Hulda Clark 's recipe for liver flushing. It can be found by clicking on cleanse at the top of the page.

Also, under cleanse is information on bowel cleansing. Lots of people use the Psyllium and Bentonite one.
