it was my understanding that you had been asked in a personal email to refrain.

so from my point of view you were ignoring the request.

you most certainly have my genuine apologises for misinformation
and i greaty appreciate you explaining that you had not recieved such notice.

i know quite well the frustrations of typing.
if i had known you did not recieve that email/ i would have sent you a private one myself including why folks on forums don't use caps unless to draw attention to a post ( on the lableing..
but then in regular text in content.. unless needing to emphasize a few important points..

btw i think your post on the chorella is very informational.

again i apologise. i was told you had been notified. and was not compling.
