I will try and alter the shake a bit (more B) and increase my daily frequency since it seems I can handle the extra psyllium.

My regime sounds very similar to yours as is the age and I too am definitely a carnivore.

I'll stick with it since the extra fiber is always a good idea cleanse or no cleanse...
