What was the warning on the psyllium bottle? Was it about a possibility of suffocating?

If your an adult that can swallow substances with a consistancy around apple sauce, there shouldn't be a problem. It does thicken up fairly quick, once I let it sit in water for 5-10 minutes and it became thick, but definately not as thick as say a malt or milk shake or something along those lines, it was probably a little thicker than apple sauce.
