The Jaguar Industries unit is no longer available due to the maker, Michael Forrest being imprisoned. The M-5000 pulser is essentially a copy of the Jaguar device but a lot better put together. The reliability of the Jaguar was not great, Bil only got into making the M-5000 thru repairing units for customers left stranded when Michael was "unavailable".

While Bil has made some improvements to the Jaguar design, he hasn't done anything that would make any significant changes from Michaels original spec. There are still, in my opinion, a number of weakness's in the overall design that might raise some reliability issues, but fixing them would probably double the price.
