I had a great great grandmother they called Callie....short for Calista Caroline.

I looked at the G. of L. products at the health food store tonight and they were really expensive even compaired to on-line prices! I also checked out Psyllium (sp?) and the warnings on the label kinda freak me out! I have a new container of ground whole flax seed. Can this clean the small intestine?
