I have endo too and can tell you that there are a lot of things you can do! Colon cleansing is essential, as is liver cleansing. Castor oil packs and abdominal massage can help significantly. Using natural progesterone and taking the herb vitex can help raise your progesterone levels to balance out excess estrogen that aggravates endo. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can also be of benefit.

And don't let any doctor tell you that a hysterectomy will take care of your problems with endo...many women who undergo a hysterectomy are later disgusted to learn that replacement hormones bring on their endo symptoms with a fury! Plus they have a whole new set of problems that result from the hysterectomy!
