OHMYGOD!!!

That's the first thing anyone has said that made any sense. I was in so much pain that day. It felt as though my stomach had a hole in it. I still don't know what caused it, but the pain is gone and I feel a lot better. I'm going to take some Epsom Salts and flush my intestines out. I suspect that whatever it was has stopped, but if it's still black, I will go see the Dr. tomorrow!

I wouldn't be suprised if I just ate too many pumkin seeds (with the shells on) and tore something loose. Coffee grounds is exactly what it looked like.
