I'm hoping someone can give me some insight. On Sunday night, 2:00 am, I got this massive pain in my stomach. That day I didn't eat anything strange. No meat at all, just peanut butter sandwiches with honey, some carrots and a salad. This pain was like someone punched me in the stomach, it was terrible pain for about 24 hours. I couldn't even stand up for long and sitting was impossible. Then it just passed, I could feel it moving into my intestines and the pain went away. It was not in the liver/gallbladder area. I had a Dr. check me out, and it was definately in the stomach, about an inch above my navel. Since then, all of my bowel movelments have been black. Totally black, not like when you eat too many oreos and you poo just gets dark. This is black as coal.

Any ideas? I'm sure it will pass, but what's black feces a sign of?
