Actually they are quite good. If you have ever had any type of dried fruit, then you know that they will be mushy and super sweet. I am not a huge fan of prunes, but actually, after eating some natural ones from Trader Joe's (the one without the preservative) they are quite tastey. Super sweet and a little gummy/sticky/chewy, but man, they really do the job of keeping you clean. I am really curious as to how clean they do make a person. I will have to look that up I suppose. I say try a bag, they are not much different from raisins. Although I must admit that prune juice probably tastes just awful!!
