Oddly enough, your post got me curious. What do prunes actually taste like?! I have never, ever eaten a prune...are they sweet? They look like they would taste horribly, which is mainly why I have never eaten one...but if you, or anyone else, can describe what they taste like, I'd appreciate it!

And your plan sounds like a good one...get un-backed up and ease into the shakes. Did I read a post of your where you thought you had an allergy to the clay? Maybe I'm mixing up your post with someone else's, but if that was you, we never heard back on what comprised the reaction...would love to know for future reference...
