Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience ! It's really giving me more strenght and more clear about what this diet is all about.

I heard the B&P gets rid of the good bacteria also. Do I need to take probiotic for this (after the diet)

By the way, do you continue taking Paragon after 8day of cleansing? are you allowed to take probiotic while doing paragon?

What about enema? did you do it? if you do, which one do you use?

I am getting ready to order all the stuff now !
